How the Homes for Heroes Program Works in Ohio

  • Free enrollment with Homes for Heroes confirms your eligibility as a hero and connects you with affiliated specialists in your area. 

  • You'll work with Mane Capital Mortgage on the financing side, and with a Homes for Heroes-affiliated real estate agent on the property side. Both pieces are part of how the savings are delivered. 

  • We handle the loan with the same level of care and attention we bring to every client — but with the specialized knowledge that comes from being an authorized HFH affiliate.

  • After closing, your Hero Rewards check is issued — actual dollars back to you, as a thank you for your service.
